PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY


Welcome to our Website. VRT, LLC, dba Home Professional Network ("HomeProNet") provides this overview to explain our payment policies to real estate professionals, home repair professionals or companies, insurance and loan providers and other professionals who may register for an account.  Please review the following terms carefully.

Terms

  1. Free Trial: We offer a free 30 day trial of the Professional and Basic Plan. This trial includes an unlimited number of lead calls. If you do not cancel by the 30th day after signing up, you will be charged $25.00 for Professional account users, $0.00 for Basic account for the next month, on the anniversary of the date you signed up ("Anniversary Date"). (For example, if your Anniversary Date is January 15th, if you do not cancel by February 15th, you will be charged on February 15th for the period of February 15th through March 15th.)
  2. Billing Cycle: For Professional Plans, you will be billed $25.00 each month, on your Anniversary Date, for the following monthly period. For all plans, you will be billed at the end of the monthly period for all Call fees. Your credit card is billed automatically, through a secure process.
  3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, click the link in the "Account" section and follow the instructions. If you cancel before your Anniversary Date, you will not be charged for the following monthly period. (For example, if your Anniversary Date is January 15th, if you cancel on March 20th, you will be billed $25.00 for Professional Pan and $0.00 for Basic Plan for the period of March 15 th April 15th as well as any Per Call fees.) Likewise, if you change an account from a Professional Plan to a Basic Plan before your Anniversary Date, you will not be charged for the following monthly period.
  4. Upgrade/ Downgrade: If you upgrade your account from Basic to Professional, you will be charged a prorated amount at the time of your upgrade. If you downgrade your account from Professional to Basic, the change will take effect on the Anniversary Date.
  5. Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your account will be closed and your information may be lost or deleted. Credit Card Problems: If you experience any problems with your credit card, please check with the card issuer. If the problem persists, please email us at admin@homepronet.com.
  6. Changing your Billing Method:  Change your billing method at any time in the "account" section once you are signed into your account.
  7. Questions about your bill: Please review the "Account" section or email admin@homepronet.com if you have any further questions.
  8. Refunds: HomeProNet.com offers no refunds.
  9. Payment Disputes: Please email us at admin@homepronet.com to discuss any billing issues. Any dispute relating in any way to payment shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and your consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
